How it All Begun

In the summer of 2000, is when it all started when five kids started a band.  This band was made up of Jon Pikarsky, Brian Kraushaar, and Matt Czerwinski on guitar, Dave Rosenberger on bass, and Adam Konsistorum on drums. For the next year or so, this band struggled to play together as many different band names and lineups were created.  In about June 2001, Anthony Fucco joined the band as a bass player and singer.  Anthony quit soon after, opening a position on bass for Matt Czerwinski, who had no problem joining.  No vocalist was yet found to replace Anthony.  This lineup had one practice together, and then broke up completely.

After that one dreadful practice, Matt, now on bass, Jon, on guitar, and Brian, on guitar, decided it was time to get a new drummer.  They checked out a kid from their school named Rob Spasevski, who was supposedly really talented.  Rob had one audition with the band, and they took him without hesitation.  The band had reformed as Take Cover, playing mostly Pop-Punk covers.  Soon Anthony was asked to join on vocals, which he accepted.

Two days after Anthony decided to join, the band had a date in the studio to record an album full of covers.  The band was now named Last One Picked, or LOP for short.  They had not yet played a single show, but were really anxious to get their music out there and heard.  Due to a mix-up at the studio, that record was never made, and LOP continued practicing.  After a few months of playing the same songs over and over, Anthony decided to quit, one month before their scheduled show at the Townshop.

For a replacement singer, the band asked many of their friends to do it.  The first choice was Ryan Petrus, who joined 3 weeks prior to the show.  He was soon replaced by Jeremy Mosely, who stayed with the band for the show.  This show was at the Townshop on Wednesday, March 6th at 7:30 PM.  Not many people showed up and Jeremy didn't do so well, so he left the band thereafter.  At this point, the band begged Anthony to come back, which he did.

We are back together, and looking for shows, Anthony left ONCE AGAIN and now Jon and Matt are on vocals.  If anyone knows of any place where we can play in CNY email jon at Jplaxme@hotmail.com .We now have 8 originals and 3 covers.
